Billing Policy

Account Setup Fees - Hosting accounts for new domains registered through us are charged a one-time, non-refundable $50 setup fee.

*** Limited Time Special Offer *** Existing domains that are transferred to us for hosting only will not be charged the setup fee.

Billing Disputes - If you would like to dispute a charge on your credit card statement, you may contact our billing department by faxing a copy of the statement to 815-331-0168 Attention Billing Dispute. Please include your customer ID number, the domain name, a phone number or email address where you can be reached and the reason for your dispute. A customer service representative will review the account and contact you as soon as possible. You may wish to blacken out all but the last 4 digits of your credit card number, if you have security concerns about faxing your account information.

Cancellation of Services - If you cancel hosting services on a new domain within the initial 30-day period, you will receive a refund less any setup fee. Cancellation of hosting services for a transferred domain within the initial 30-day period will be refunded less any setup fee.

Cancellations after the initial 30-day period are not eligible for refunds.

New domain names registered with us at the time of signup for hosting services share the same domain name registration renewal anniversary date as hosting service renewal. A $10 cancellation fee will apply to domain names registered through us that are cancelled within the renewal hosting year and before the renewal anniversay date of the hosting service agreement. No cancellation fee will be applied to transferred domains that do not renew at the time of their service anniversary date.

If you register a new domain with us at the time that you sign up for hosting services, you may subsequently update your Registrant, Administrative and Technical Contact Information by sending a request to support@in2pages.com.

You will not be able to modify billing information on your domain.

To cancel the hosting of a domain, please contact billing@in2pages.com or fax your request to 815-331-0168.

Due Dates - New and added services are payable upon signup. Accounts will be billed once per year on their service anniversary dates. Invoices are due and payable upon receipt. For your convenience, we accept payments through PayPal. Non-payment of dues may result in a hold placed on your account. If you also renew your domain name with us, the Registrar may place a hold on your domain name and you also risk losing it.

Fee Structure - We will make every effort to lock in a level rate structure; however, there is no guarantee that they will never increase. The current fee structure is as follows:

Basic Plan:

New Domain Registration with New Hosting Services - $50 One-time Setup fee plus $75 1-year (12 months) annually renewable hostingservice fee.

Transfer Existing Domain with New Hosting Services - ***Limited Time Offer *** No setup fee, pay only $75 1-year (12 months) annually renewable hosting service fee.

Advanced Plans:

Advanced Plans for Cold Fusion MX or ASP.Net hosting are subject to Setup Fees as per the Basic Plan.

Hosting service fees for Cold Fusion MX or ASP.Net are $150 1-year (12 months) and are billed as separate services of each other. For example, if you wish to host both Cold Fusion MX and ASP.Net for a new domain name registered through us, your total fees would be: $50 one-time setup, $150 Cold Fusion MX hosting and $150 ASP.Net hosting for a total of $350, and your annually renewable hosting fees would be $350.

*Cold Fusion MX is not available on ASP.Net servers.

Additional Service Requests - We charge exactly the same fees that our service provider charges us to add the following optional services to your account. Additional Service Requests may be made by going to your Control Panel and submitting a service ticket.

Domain Pointer Fees - Each domain pointer is charged a one-time setup fee. If the domain name is already registered, a one-time $25 setup fee will be charged to the account. If the domain name is a brand new registration, a one-time $50 setup fee will be charged to the account. If you would like to have email accounts setup under the domain pointer, a yearly fee of $25 will be charged to the account. Please note that the setup fee and the yearly fee for email services are non-refundable.

FTP - Each additional FTP account you add to your domain is charged a $25 non-refundable annual fee.

SQL Account Fees - Each SQL account is charged a $25 non-refundable annual fee.

Sub-domain Setup Fees - Each Subdomain is charged a one-time $25 non-fundable setup fee.
