Terms of Service (TOS)

You are ultimately responsible for any content on your web site and for abiding by the rules of our Terms of Service (TOS) as outlined below. Any violation of the TOS may result in immediate suspension and/or termination of all services provided to you without any refund.

We are resellers of Ready Hosting web hosting providers (WHP) offering our customers a means to retrieve, share or disseminate information across the Internet for private, public, commercial or non-commercial use. We cannot vouch for the accuracy of any information you or any of our customers provide on your web sites. We cannot monitor or censor publicly accessed material and cannot accept responsibility for damage or injury to anyone resulting from irresponsible, unsuitable of offensive material on the Internet.

All our customers, Affliates or related persons are in violation of our TOS if engaged in any of the following activities:

Adult sites/Unacceptable content: pornography and related material; pirated or illegal software or shareware; gambling, casino, lotteries and any such betting or gaming rooms; "hacker" or "Warez" sites; distribution and/or transmission of obscene, indecent or defamatory material.

Copyright Violation: you are ultimately responsible for adhering to the Intellectual Property rights, copyrights, patents, trademarks and any and all similar rights held by other or third parties. Violation of any such rights will result in termination of services provided you with no refund. Please see how to claim a copyright infringement below:

Customer Support: Obscene, abusive or threatening behavior toward any persons representing our company or Ready Hosting, Inc. will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

Defamatory speech broadcast over the Internet can result in civil liability and litigation involving our company or our service providers if used to distribute such material.

Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses, hacking of computers or networks and other such activities may be subject to civil and or criminal liability under federal and state regulations.

DNS Transfers are accepted with the implied understanding that you have the proper authority and control over the domain you host with us and that it is your responsibility to properly update your domain registration information. You are responsible for any fees associated with renewing your domain with your Registrar. If you register a new domain with us and fail to pay your annually renewable fees for service and domain registration, the Registrar may place a hold on your domain and you may not be able to access it. As a result, you may also lose your domain altogether and will hold us and our service providers harmless.

Download sites for the purpose of distributing commercially available software, fixes, patches, electronic media (e.g. MP3s and other sound file formats) is strictly prohibited and may be in violation of licensing agreements. In short - no download sites are permitted. If found that you in violation of this agreement, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your service without refund or recource.

Export Control Violations: The law limits export of encryption software over the Internet or otherwise to points outside the United States.

Remote image loading is not permitted. You may not use our services to store images to be pulled from another website, for example an eBay auction site.

Security and privacy: We urge our Customers to be responsible for for their online communications and their own privacy, including providing personal information that can be transmitted and intercepted in any manner including email while using our services as your web hosting provider. By accepting these Terms of Service, the Customer agrees to hold us harmless for any violation by the Customer that results in loss or claim against us, our service providers and/or affiliates and that the Customer will pay for any costs arising from damages or legal action resulting from such violation of this agreement.

Software/Script Support: We cannot provide technical support for software and/or scripts that you install or technical support for Microsoft FrontPage. Our agreement with Ready Hosting is for technical support on web hosting issues alone and we and Ready Hosting have the final authority to determine what constitutes such an issue.

Spam is not permitted. Unsolicited, commercial mass e-mailing and any such activity, including listing a domain hosted by us in any unsolicited email for such purpose, using our equipment and services will result in termination of services provided to you with no refund or recourse.

Unmetered Data Transfer is provided in good faith that our Customers will not abuse thier web space and traffic or negatively impact other customer sites on servers provided by Ready Hosting, Inc. through our affiliation with them as web hosting providers. If a Customer's website traffic affects the performance of other customer sites on the server, we and Ready Hosting, Inc. reserve the right to terminate the Customer's domain name without refund or recourse.

Complaints about violators of our TOS should be sent to info@in2pages.com and each complaint will be investigated.
